  The DUST COMMANDER PNP-BCVA-DLX is a Plug'n'Play connection kit that allows you to easily connect a DUST COMMANDER DLX ESD MKII, S30 or S60 to a BOSCH AdvancedVac 20.

  The kit includes :

  • - 1 x 32mm HESD hose, 2 metres long
  • - 1 adapter to connect the outlet of the DUST COMMANDER DLX ESD MKII to the inlet of the hoover
  • - 1 adapter to connect the original hoover hose to the tangential inlet of the DUST COMMANDER DLX ESD MKII filter

  All components of this kit are 100% anti-static. The adapters are manufactured using 3D printing.

  KIT COMPATIBLE ONLY WITH DUST COMMANDER DLX ESD MKII, S30 or S60.

  This high-quality steel drum has a capacity of 60l and is specially designed to be used as a container for cyclonic filters, such as the DUST COMMANDER CLC, DLX, HD, HD-SST, XL and XL+. With a wall thickness of 0.7 mm, it guarantees optimum strength while remaining light and easy to handle. The galvanised steel lid can be laser-cut for perfect compatibility with the filtration systems mentioned (please select the desired cut from the drop-down menu above).
  
  The exterior of the drum is finished in a robust black paint, offering excellent protection against scratches and external aggression. However, it is important to note that the inner walls are not protected against corrosion, so special care is needed when using it in damp or corrosive environments.
  
  Ideal for workshops and dust extraction systems, this drum is a durable and practical solution for your cyclonic filtration needs.

  Crush resistance
  
  Unlike the traditional containers used with cyclonic filters and HPLV hoovers, this steel drum is resistant to crushing. Its solid construction with a wall thickness of 0.7 mm makes it a robust solution, perfectly suited to high-pressure or high-vacuum systems, avoiding the risk of collapse often encountered with thinner plastic or metal containers.

  The DUST COMMANDER CDC101 Portable Cyclone Dust Collector features an input air flow of 850m/3 and up to 2.4Kpa of static pressure, creating a vortex of incoming air that extracts heavy wood chips and large dust particles into a plastic-bag-lined steel drum.

  The remaining fine dust traveling past the impeller, is caught by a canister filter and then deposited in a separate plastic collection bag.

  The spun-bond polyester filter catches 99.9% of particles to 1 micron in size and is pleated to provide maximum surface area for efficient air flow.

  A turn of the crank handle rotates the paddle brushes, knocking caked-on dust off of the pleats to keep your airflow rate as high as possible.

  The collection drum features a quick-release handle that makes it easy to roll it out for sawdust disposal.

  A viewing window lets you know when to empty the drum, and a unique vacuum equalization system allows the use of plastic collection bags for easy chip disposal.

  2 x 100mm ports allow you to connect multiple machines.

  This cyclone has a normal operating sound range < 85 dB

  DUST COMMANDER: cyclone filter for individuals, workshops and industry.

  The paper filter of a vacuum cleaner clogs quickly, reducing suction power at the inlet, which requires frequent cleaning/replacement of the filter. Replacing paper filters is costly and time consuming.

  The DUST COMMANDER, a cyclone-type filter made of injected plastic, is a complement to your workshop vacuum cleaner that will enable you to eliminate the defects of conventional filters. It allows the separation of wet and dry dust particles, thereby limiting the clogging of your vacuum cleaner filters and increasing their service life.

  The cyclone separator collects the extracted particles in a sealed chamber that you attach to the base of the cyclone separator.

  The cyclone separator filters 99% of the air its sucks up containing dust and fine particles, only depositing 1% of these on your vacuum cleaner filter, which considerably increases its operating life, power and efficiency.

  The cyclone separator can be used for a variety of applications, including:

  • - sawing/sanding/wood machining
  • - interior renovation, DIY
  • - dust extraction from building sites (concrete, plaster, etc.)
  • - centralised vacuum cleaning
  • - etc...

  PLEASE NOTE :

  this filter is only suitable for household or workshop vacuum cleaners (e.g. Karcher, Aquavac, Festool, Mafell, Fein, etc.) This filter is NOT compatible with chip collectors (HVLP) equipped with 100 mm inlets/outlets.

The shape of the filter is designed to generate a vortex which enables the evacuation by gravity of heavier-than-air particles through the lower ejection port and allows air to pass through the upper outlet.
